• Staff: Can manage reservations, process orders, and access staff-specific features

• Super Administrators: Have full system access and can manage all aspects of the platform

Reservations & Co-working Space

Co-working space reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit time during peak hours and modify reservation policies as needed.

Reservation Policies

• Reservations must be made through our official website or mobile application
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance for a full refund
• No-shows may result in charges and may affect future reservation privileges
• We reserve the right to relocate reservations due to maintenance or capacity issues
• Maximum reservation time may be limited during peak hours
• Group reservations may require advance approval and deposit

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program allows customers to earn points and rewards. Participation is voluntary and subject to program terms.

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
